How to care for your Sansevieria Superba’?

Light

Sansevieria are very easy to care for. Place them in a spot with some indirect sunlight and they’ll be happy.

Water

Depending on your local climate you only need to water your Sansevieria 1 time every 2 weeks. Have you forgotten to water your plant one time? No worries, your Sansevieria is a forgiving plant.

Soil

If you don’t want too much fuss, just pot your Sansevieria in some good potting soil, for example or sustainable soil. If you want, you can mix it up with some perlite for extra drainage. For real plant lover, it’s worth a shot to pot your Sansevieria in only clay pebbles.

Humidity

Your Sansevieria Superba doesn’t need a high humidity to thrive. It will do well in normal house hold conditions. A minimum humidity of 40% is recommended.

Fertilisation

In the summer months you can fertilise the plant once every week. In the colder and winter months no fertiliser is needed. Please always check the instructions on your own fertilizer for the exact instructions.

Repotting

The best time to repot is during the beginning of the growing season. Sansevieria Superba don’t need to be repotted very often. This low maintenance plant is fine with a repot once very 2 or 3 years.

Toxicity

The Sansevieria is toxic for humans and animals if ingested.
