How to care for your Aglaomorpha Coronans Jim?
Light
Aglaomorpha do best in a spot with some moderate light. This can either be filtered indirect light or semi-shade. It’s the perfect plant for a northern facing window or perhaps even your bathroom.
Water
Water your plant about once a week in the growing season. Keep the soil a bit damp, but be cautious not to over water the plant. Aglaomorpha Coronans Jim may be just a bit dry between watering, but certainly will not like long periods of droughts. In winter time less frequent watering is required.
Soil
The Aglaomorpha Coronans Jim likes an airy soil mix which is well draining. Try using perlite and pine bark with coco coir to keep light. If you don’t like the hassle of making your own soil you can try using our Premium aroid mix.
Humidity
Like most tropical plants Aglaomorpha Coronans Jim will be fine in regular house hold humidity. However, to let the plant thrive it is advisable to lift up the humidity. If you have a bathroom with natural light, it would be an ideal spot for this plant.
Fertilisation
In the summer months you can fertilize your plant. In the colder and winter months no fertiliser is needed. Please always check the instructions on your own fertiliser if it has other care instructions.
Repotting
Repotting is recommended once every year or every other year. At the beginning of the growing season is the best timing to repot your plant.
Toxicity
Aglaomorpha Coronans Jim might be slightly to animals or humans when ingested.
