Watering and taking care of your beloved house plants has never been so easy and when using SUStee. But what to do when the core of the SUStee is saturated? No worries! The core of the SUStee is easily replaced by a refiller. In most cases you need a refill every 6 to 9 months, depending on the type of potting medium you’re using. The Refill always comes in a 2-pack and is available for all sizes of the SUStee; small, medium and large.

Description

How do I replace the SUStee core?
Step 1: Remove the locked cap by turning it counterclockwise.
Step 2: Take out the used inner core and replace it with a new one.
Step 3: Put the cap back on and the SUStee is ready to be used again!
Special notes:
– Always open the bottom cap to check if there is any core material left behind.
– Make sure you replace all components in a single operation: Inner core, blue sheet and straw. It is rare but possible that the straw is left behind inside the main unit. If this happens, simply remove it with a pair of tweezers.
– Keep the refill in the inner bag of the product package until just before use. Once taken out of the bag, the refill’s core material may discolor (Discoloration won’t, however, affect the refill’s quality and effect.).
