Can I return my purchased plants?
It is not possible to return plants. Plants are perishable products and are excluded from the statutory reflection period for consumers of 14 days. Did your order not arrive at your wishes? Please contact us via info@plantdynasty.nl. We look forward to finding a suitable solution with you. We are also happy to receive photos so that we can map out the situation and help you even better.
Do I have a warranty on my plant order?
No, but the plants of The Plant Dynasty are selected with great care. We only buy plants from experienced and reputable growers. This way we can offer healthy, qualitative and beautiful plants at a fair price. We only offer plants that we would also take in our room. From the moment we pick up the plants from the growers to the moment they go on the post, they get the necessary dose of love, attention and care!
Can I return purchased accessories?
All accessories are subject to the statutory return period of 14 days. Within 14 days of receipt you can return your order and get your purchase amount back. However, the products must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging. With your package you will find the return data and returns voucher. The return costs are for the buyer.
How long does it take to get my purchase amount back?
We strive to return the payment as soon as possible. The processing of returns and payments takes approx. 5 to 10 working days.
