I'm not satisfied with my order, what can I do?

Of course we want everyone to be happy with their purchase, so we are more then happy to listen and help you when the plants have not arrived as you expected. Please contact us via info@plantdynasty.nl (as soon as possible but always within 48hrs after you received your plants). We look forward to finding a suitable solution with you. When you send us an e-mail we kindly ask you to include some photos along with your explanation or question. This way we can map out the situation best and help you even better.

Plants are perishable products and are excluded from the statutory reflection period for consumers of 14 days. With ordering plants there is always a slight risk. The shipping of plants can not be insured, shipping plants is at your own risk. Therefor plants can’t be returned.

Do I have a warranty on my plant order?

No, but the plants of The Plant Dynasty are selected with great care. We only buy plants from experienced and reputable growers. This way we can offer healthy, qualitative and beautiful plants at a fair price. We only offer plants that we would also buy ourselves.
From the moment we pick up the plants from the growers to the moment they go on the post, they get the necessary dose of love, attention and care!

Can I return purchased accessories?

All accessories are subject to the statutory return period of 14 days. Within 14 days of receipt you can return your order and get your purchase amount back. However, the products must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging. With your package you will find the return data and returns voucher. The return costs are for the buyer.

How long does it take to get my purchase amount back?

We strive to return the payment as soon as possible. The processing of returns and payments takes approx. 5 to 10 working days.
Please keep in mind that we can only refund you in the same way you made the payment. For example, if you have paid by PayPal the refund will go back to your PayPal account.
